We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will give you a full refund for the value of the product provided you notify us within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items; such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
You can return your item(s) via any Post Office within 14 days of receipt.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us and you will need to inform us before returning any goods by completing the online form below. If you purchased the 'Returns Paid’ option at the point of purchase use of the postage return label is free. If you did not buy the ‘Returns Paid’ option we will deduct the cost of postage (currently £2.95) from your refund. You are of course welcome to return any goods using your own carrier.
You are then responsible for returning the goods to us using packaging and a method which is suitable for the safe return of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition due to damaged incurred during the return.
Please note that all items returned to The Coat Outlet.Com are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the The Coat Outlet.Com returns department.

We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Please allow up to seven working days for items to reach us, and a further seven days for the credit to show in the purchaser’s account.
For all returns we do not offer a refund of the original delivery charge unless we made an error in the original order or the goods are faulty.
